It's possible to choose a rustic venue and still plan an elegant wedding. This is exactly what Grace and Luke were looking for when it came to celebrating their day with friends and family. If you have ever ventured up to Greenbluff, just about 40 minutes north of Spokane, WA you know this place is bustling both in the Spring and Fall months. High Country Orchard is a destination spot for adults and kids alike. From their home decor market, cafe and apple orchards, this place is obviously a must see. Besides what is open to the public, they also offer their grounds as a wedding venue. The opportunities for photos are endless with beautiful scenery giving way to rolling fields and a distant pine forest to rows and rows of apple trees, perfect for stunning first look portraits as your shaded by the abundant green leaves in the summer months.

When I first got a call from Grace requesting me as their photographer, I was so excited with what she had planned. From her dress, flowers, bridal party attire and venue, I knew this would be the perfect mix of my photography style. Incorporating the elegant, modern feel of a black-tie wedding with the rustic charm surrounding them is the perfect match.
